It was bright, gorgeous and with bathroom.

Lovely location - in the centre of the city. Also, right on the river in Stokesley. Immaculately clean and well-appointed rooms complete with loads of drawer, pleasant views, as for instance, amicable staff.

The bed was super comfy n the shower was amazin. Location was perfect for all the shops n stuff in stokesley. The staff were really friendly and helpfull. Communication was on point, especially regarding parking, great bcuz of the agricultural show. Would def book again for next year!

only wished there was more options for dinner, n it got a lil noisy at times during the evening.

Consider bringing a sleep mask if you're sensitive to light. some rooms have only blinds.

The room boasted a comfy bed and a great shower, made for a solid end to the day. Its close proximity to local shops lent an enjoyable convenience for a quick grab-and-go or leisurely stroll.

There wasn't any space to hang clothes. A small hanging rail would have been invaluable. In the bathroom, some mildew spots were evident despite attempts at cleaning, which detracted from the overall appeal. A single small chair in the room felt lacking, especially with limited space. The online check-in process seemed unnecessary and frustrating, especially when it didn't appear to be a requirement for all guests.

A Good Stay with Warm Hospitality

During my recent three-night stay, the warm and cute staff. I particularly loved the local breakfast options, which showcased regional flavors. For future guests, exploring the nearby market is a must, perfect for an afternoon stroll!

The room felt outdated. The carpet was stained, and there was a hole in the wall. The bathroom was a mess with mold and cracks. Plus, the shower barely worked! On the bright side, the bed was super comfy with clean linens, so that was nice. But for the price, I'd expected way better.

The amazing sight of the Agricultural Show right outside was a highlight, and the communication prior to my arrival made parking stress-free.

Consider asking for a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from the bar area, especially during evenings.

I had an awesome stay where I enjoyed a delicious meal featuring their famous curries and the bed was super comfy. After a long day, I loved unwinding on the sun terrace and soaking in the leisure room. Just a heads up, there was some loud music in the garden that went on a bit too long, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Amazing breakfast, convenient location, and cute staff.

The room was comfy and clean. We hiked in the nearby moors and explored charming spots in town. I loved the local eateries and the convenient parking. The super nice team and friendly. If you're a group looking for a chill getaway, this place is perfect!

One downside was that we couldn't try the Indian restaurant since it was closed on Monday, but we found a great Italian instead.
